  • Total delivery time: 5–8 business days

Shipping Coverage and Costs
Solvar Studio ships orders within the United States only.

  • Shipping is free on all orders
  • The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before order confirmation

Order Processing and Tracking
After you place an order and payment is successfully authorised, a confirmation email is sent.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your shipment from dispatch through delivery.

Delivery Address Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Solvar Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Delivery Time and Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, allow an additional 3 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@solvarstudio.com promptly with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos where applicable

After review, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact support@solvarstudio.com as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation is only available before the order has been shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process should be applied after delivery
