How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
What conditions must be met for a return or exchange?
To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are included and undamaged
- The item has not been washed, altered, customised, or damaged
- The item has only been tried on for inspection and shows no signs of use beyond initial checking
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if:
- The item does not meet the eligibility conditions
- The item has been neglected or improperly handled after delivery
- The return is sent without prior approval
How do I request a return or exchange?
To submit a request, contact support@solvarstudio.com within 30 days and include:
- Order number
- Item(s) for return or exchange
- Reason for the request
- Clear photos where applicable
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@solvarstudio.com promptly with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos where applicable
After review, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
- Solvar Studio ships orders within the United States only.
- Shipping is free on all orders
- The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before order confirmation
