Relationship to Our Terms of Service
This Return and Refund Policy is subject to, and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Return and Exchange Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are included and undamaged
  • The item has not been washed, altered, customised, or damaged
  • The item has only been tried on for inspection and shows no signs of use beyond initial checking

Requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if:

  • The item does not meet the eligibility conditions
  • The item has been neglected or improperly handled after delivery
  • The return is sent without prior approval

Return and Exchange Process
To submit a request, contact support@solvarstudio.com within 30 days and include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) for return or exchange
  • Reason for the request
  • Clear photos where applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@solvarstudio.com promptly with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos where applicable

After review, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Return Shipping
Return instructions and the return address are provided after approval.

  • Solvar Studio covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs
  • No restocking fees are charged

A trackable shipping method is recommended, as items lost during return transit are not the responsibility of Solvar Studio.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 7 days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible

Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Instructions are provided after approval
  • Replacement items are shipped after the returned item is received and approved
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund is issued

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact support@solvarstudio.com as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation is only available before the order has been shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process should be applied after delivery
